We deliver orders only after the goods and delivery costs have been properly paid for. In case of any delay in delivery caused by unpredicted situations you will receive a notification via email, SMS or any other electronic means of communication at your choice.
All the orders are normally shipped by Israeli Post within 3 working days after the prepayment has been made and the tracking number is sent to the customer. Expected delivery time within Israel is about 5 – 7 working days, however we do not bear any responsibility for non-delivery or poor performance of Israeli Post .
